WILMINGTON, MA — Mary L. Caccamesi (Perrone), age 93, of Wilmington, formerly a long-time resident of East Boston, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2020.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Caccamesi, devoted mother of Deborah Cullen and her husband Paul of Wilmington and the late Elaine Mendes. Loving Grandmother of Susan Mendes, Tony Ramos, Jonathan and Danielle Cullen, Michael and Rana Cullen as well as her great-grandchildren Everett Michael Cullen, Jonathan Cullen, Jr. Natalie Jane Cullen and Anastasia Marie Cullen. Cherished daughter of the late Dominic and Gelsumina (Giadella) Perrone, dear sister of the late Angelo Perrone, Sue Argetes and Tilly Vaiarella. Mary was also the special aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, the Caccamesi has decided to have a private service for Mary at this time.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Nichols Funeral Home, Wilmington, MA.
