VIDEO: Meet The Wilmington Mom & Daughter Leaving Positive Messages On Shawsheen Ave. Sidewalks

WILMINGTON, MA — Watch the latest episode of “Talk of the Town” with WCTV’s Lisa Kapala featuring quick, feel-good stories from around town.

In this episode, Kapala remotely interviews Wilmington mom Joanne Nolin and her 6-year-old daughter Reagan.

Joanne and Reagan have been leaving supportive chalk drawings with positive messages on their driveway and sidewalk on Shawsheen Avenue. They enjoy watching runners and walkers react to the messages. Joanne and Reagan have been creating new drawings every week since March.

“Positivity is incredibly important for mental health and for families to stay happy together,” noted Joanne. “[The chalk drawings] help us find  a way to be happy and help others be happy too.”
