BOSTON, MA — The Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association (MBCA) recently announced its senior award winners for the 2019-20 season.
Two members of the WHS Girls Varsity Basketball Team were among those honored.
Wilmington High School’s Jenna Tavanese, the team captain, was named to the North All-Section Team.
Tavanese was chosen by a regional selection committee designated by the MCBA Executive Board.
Wilmington High School’s Alyssa Morrison was named to the All-Academic Team.
Morrison was nominated by coach Jessica Robinson.
