Below is an announcement from the Wilmington Veterans Department and co-organizer Jenn Bryson:
WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Veterans Services Department is launching a pen pal program.
The goal of this program is to pair children/teens or families (pen pals) with local veterans or widows of local veterans. The Office of Veteran Services will provide the pen pal with the name, branch of service, and wartime era. This program is a great way to form bonds with our community’s local heroes.
Pen Pals Wanted
Would you like to volunteer as a pen pal buddy? Please complete this form or email Jenn Bryson at jbryson@bu.edu or call 617-877-0952 and you will be added to our list.
