- Jake Stancato (21, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Receiving Stolen Property (-$1,200) and Assault With A Dangerous Weapon. Police responded after a caller reported a male stole his ring. Police retrieved item from suspect and returned it to the victim. (4:04am)
- Tewksbury Police reported a larceny at 7/11 on Main Street. Police received an anonymous call from a male who was verbally abusive and threatening to dispatch, claiming he was assaulted at 7/11. Phone pinged at a home in Wilmington. Wilmington Police went to home and spoke with party, and then identified party on 7/11 surveillance footage. (5:24am)
- Police notified DPW that stop sign and street sign at Church Street and Adams Street were knocked over. (8:01am)
- A hit and run occurred in front of the Shawsheen Elementary School. Vehicle rear-ended caller and continued on towards Billerica. Police identified vehicle in a driveway and spoke with operator. Police facilitated paperwork exchange. (4:46pm)
- Police assisted Fire Department with a lightening strike on Towpath Drive. Tree was struck. Tree was structurally sound and will be taken down by private company. Power restored. (9:13pm)
