POLICE LOG for February 19: Police Respond To Noise Complaints; Syringes Found On Side Of Road

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, February 19, 2020:
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Sonny’s Mobil on the Run. No injuries noted. (6:56am)
  • A caller reported syringes and a box of medical gloves on the side of the roadway on Upton Drive. Police retrieved items for proper destruction. (3:07pm)
  • Police noted a lounge chair, table and other items were left at the entrance of the Recylcing Center at Old Main street. (9:21pm)
  • An Avalon Oaks resident called 911 to report their neighbors were being loud. Police responded and found no issue. Resident called 911 again. Police responded again and stayed in apartment to observe noise. Noise was equivalent of having children in the apartment. Police again determined there was no issue. (9:40pm)
