WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to know in Wilmington on Friday, January 24, 2020:

#1) Drop-In Story Time At Wilmington Library

The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting a Drop-In Story Time at 10am. Drop in for stories, songs, rhymes and a fun craft!  Space is limited. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Ages 2-5 and one or more adults.

#2) Needleworkers At Wilmington Library

The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting a Needleworkers session at 10am. If you do any kind of needlework, this group is for you. Bring a project and learn from others while enjoying a little conversation and camaraderie. Drop in.

#3) Winter Festival At Senior Center

The Wilmington Senior Center is holding a Winter Festival on Friday, January 24, 2020, from 1pm to 3pm. Live entertainment will be provided by “Howie Conley and the Memory Laners.” Surprise appetizers will be served. Tickets cost $3 per person and can be purchased at the Senior Center’s Front Desk.

#4) Home Show At Shriners Auditorium

The Suburban Boston Spring Home Show will emanate from Wilmington’s Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road) on Friday, January 24, 2020 (11am-8pm); Saturday, January 25, 2020 (10am-8pm); and Sunday, January 26, 2020 (10am-6pm). Admission is free with advance online registration or $10 at the door. Parking is free.
