GoFundMe Page Set Up For Wilmington Family After House Fire

WILMINGTON, MA — A Wilmington family finds itself temporarily living out of a hotel after suffering a house fire on Friday, January 10, 2020.

The Speranza family’s Cook Avenue home sustained extensive water and smoke damage, plus fire damage to its outside and attic.

“We are living in hotels until the insurance company can find us a long-term temporary house or condo,” writes Alicia Speranza, who – along with her parents – have been displaced.

Speranza recently set up a GoFundMe page to assist her family on their road to recovery.

“Any donation would be greatly appreciated,” adds Speranza. “Thank you for the outpouring of prayers, love and support.”

Donations can be made to their GoFundMe page HERE. The page has raised over $800 in 48 hours.
