READING, MA — Back in November, The Boston Globe has released their list of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts. Those named to the list were honored by the Globe at an awards ceremony which took place on November 8th at the Marriott Copley Hotel in Boston.
Julieann Thurlow joined Reading Cooperative Bank in 1993 and rose through the lending ranks to become its president in 2006. At that time, the bank had four branches and $237.6 million in total assets, and now has assets of $600 million at eight branches. Julieann is a former board member of the American Bankers Association and presently serves on the ABA’s Membership Council and Government Relations Administrative Committee. She is the Chair of the new ABA Core Committee and a founding member of Alloy Labs, a Consortium of banks nationally formed to innovate in the banking space.
