Abundant Life Students To Pack 10,000 Meals For Hungry Haiti Children On December 11, Residents Invited To Help

WILMINGTON, MA — Abundant Life Christian School and Learning Center (173 Church Street, Wilmington) is very excited to participate in this opportunity to serve others called FEED THE NEED. Our students will be busy on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 packing 10,000 meals for hungry children in Haiti. In addition, this work event will help raise funds for our school and for our 8th grade class to visit our nation’s capital.

The packing begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 12:00 PM at the school. Working together, Abundant Life students, staff and parents will pack meals that provide vegetables, protein, vitamins and rice for children in need, with each food packet holding six servings of food. We will fill 10,000 packets, box them and prepare them for shipping. Students as young as three will decorate the boxes and make a banner for the children in Haiti. The older students will each have assigned tasks to perform in order to complete this amazing mission.

We welcome the community to partner with us in this amazing event to reach our goal of sending 10,000 nutritious meals to children in Haiti and to help Abundant Life continue providing high-quality Christian education at a price affordable for families.
