WILMINGTON, MA — Below is an announcement from Stephen Valenti, creator of Haunted Woods:
I would like to thank all those who have supported and have returned year after year to experience “Haunted Woods” whether you were a customer, volunteer, or actor!
After years of coordinating an event of a growing magnitude it has been a tough decision and hurts to say… Unfortunately this year I would not be able to give my full attention to the haunt that it would need since I am attending graduate school.
In addition I would like to say thank you to my family, friends, and to everyone who has helped make “Haunted Woods” possible through the years! Special thanks to Terry McDermott (Harnden Tavern Curator), Wilmington Historical Commission, and Wilmington Minutemen!
I am definitely looking forward to its return in the future and hope you are too!
