POLICE LOG for September 1: Car vs. Motorcycle; Snapping Turtle In Yard

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, September 1, 2019:

  • A walk-in party reported a juvenile walked away from the Milestone Group Home on High Street. Police entered the juvenile’s information into the NCIC. (5:55am)
  • Police notified Comcast of a downed wire in the roadway on Forest Street. (6:39am)
  • A Mozart Avenue caller reported a snapping turtle in her yard. She was advised to leave it alone and call back if it appeared sick. (2:24pm)
  • A caller requested it be logged that a black pickup truck attempted to cut her off at Richmond Street and Aldrich Road. No plate or make was given. (6:33pm)
  • A motorcycle and vehicle were involved in a crash at the Woburn Street and Route 62 intersection. No injuries. Island at intersection received damage. Bike was towed. (9:27pm)
