WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Police Department announced this week it will be holding a R.A.D. Refresher Course on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, from 5pm to 9pm, at the Public Safety Building.
The course has been scheduled for women who have previously successfully completed R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense System), which is a women’s self-defense program that is comprised of easy-to-learn, effective physical defense techniques.
