Calling all History Buffs! Wilmington Recreation has an amazing trip to see all the major historical sites of the Northeast! We take care of all the details – once you’re registered you can sit back, relax and enjoy this wonderful tour!

We’ll be staying in New York City, Gettysburg, Charlottesville, Williamsburg and Washington, D.C. on this 10 day trip. We’ll have guided tours of New York City, Philadelphia, Gettysburg Battlefield, Monticello, Mount Vernon and Washington D.C. And there’s more! We’ve got lots of fun activities included like visits to the Reading Terminal Market, the Gettysburg Museum of History, Eisenhower’s home, time in Colonial Williamsburg, the American Revolution Museum and even a tour and tasting at a winery (wine is very historic, you know)!

Our package includes motor coach transportation from Wilmington throughout the tour until we reach Washington D.C, and then we’ll enjoy a quick flight home from D.C. We also include 9 nights accommodations in quality hotels, 13 meals, admission fees, a Tour Director, taxes and gratuities (except Tour Director and Driver).

This trip runs September 6 – 15, 2019 (a great time to travel!), and is $2,650 p.p.d.o. (single and triple rates are also available).
