POLICE LOG for April 16: Urn Stolen From Wildwood Cemetery; Election Signs Taken

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, April 16, 2019:

  • A caller reported a deceased turkey on the side of the roadway at Middlesex Avenue and High Street. (7:08am)
  • A caller reported theft of a cement urn from the Breen family plot on Aspen Drive in the Wildwood Cemetery at the end of December. (8:00am)
  • A walk-in party advised station officer of a possible damaged telephone pole at Woburn Street and Marie Drive. (12:22pm)
  • A walk-in party reported his election signs have been removed from various points in town over the last couple of days. (4:24pm)
  • A caller reported a male was standing in the fire access road from Town Hall to Garden Avenue holding a guitar. Caller felt it suspicious. Police responded. “Male party is just on the trail admiring the moon.” (8:37pm)
