TEWKSBURY, MA — A year after his tragic passing, come celebrate the life and legacy of James R. Miceli on Thursday, April 25, 2019, from 7pm to 9pm, at the Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street).
Learn more about the late state representative from the people who knew him best. Panelists will discuss his life, his work, and his impact on the Wilmington and Tewksbury communities. The panel includes Margaret Wilson, Liz Carey, Jay Kelley, and others. Steve Bjork will moderate.
State Rep. Jim Miceli was a man of unerring moral principles, consummate integrity and deep devotion to his constituents and, above all, his family. He was the second-longest serving member of the Massachusetts Legislature, continuously representing the towns of Wilmington and Tewksbury since his 1977 election to the House of Representatives. Miceli was a passionate and tenacious advocate for his constituents and the causes he held dear.
