WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington this weekend (March 8-10):
#1) Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce’s Music BINGO Bash
The Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce is holding a Music BINGO Bash on Friday, March 8, 2019 in the Fez Room at the Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road). Doors open at 7pm. Bingo starts at 8pm.
This Music BINGO Bash will include a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Attendees are encouraged to wear green. The event will feature prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and a cash bar. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own dinner/snacks.

#2) Wilmington Sons Of Italy’s “Dancing Through The Decades” Dance
The Wilmington Sons of Italy is holding a dance on Saturday, March 9, 2019, from 7pm to 11pm, at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall (112 Middlesex Avenue).
This “Dancing through the Decades” event will include a DJ, dancing, raffles, and a door prize. Coffee and dessert will be provided. Feel free to bring your own food for the table.

#3) Mini-Golf Fundraiser For Troop 126
Boy Scout Troop 126 invites everyone to its first annual Mini-Golf Fundraiser at Villanova Hall at St Thomas’ Church (126 Middlesex Avenue).
Come see the transition of our simple church hall to an 18-Hole Championship Course and enjoy an afternoon of summer family fun in the middle of winter. The course will be open from noon to 4pm with special late afternoon hours for Scout Competition.
A game of mini-golf costs $3 for children and $5 for adults. A game plus a meal costs $8.
Plan on stopping in The 19th Hole Cafe for lunch, drinks, and snacks.
#4) Women’s Roller Derby At The Shriners
Boston Roller Derby has announced its first ever international tournament, the 2019 Lobstah Roll.
Sanctioned by the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association, the tournament will take place on March 9-10 at the Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road) in Wilmington.
The 2019 Lobstah Roll will feature two full days of competition from across the U.S. and Ireland. BRD’s all-star team, the Boston Massacre, will be making their 2019 season debut after winning gold in the WFTDA Continental Cup East last summer. The team currently ranks as No. 34 in the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association out of over 400 internationally affiliated teams.
The final two March 9 bouts will be open to the public, with doors opening at 4 p.m. At 5 p.m., the Naptown Tornado Sirens of Indianapolis will take on the Capital Maulstars of Sacramento, California. At 7 p.m., the Boston Massacre will face off against the “A”- team from Dublin, Ireland. All fans will be invited to join skaters for an after-party at 9 p.m. in the Shriners Fez Room, located inside the auditorium.
#5) Wilmington Farmers Market
The Wilmington Farmers Market will be open this Sunday, March 10, 2019, from 2pm to 4pm, in the Wilmington United Methodist Church (87 Church Street).
