#1) Meet The Wilmington Middle School’s Principal Finalists
Wilmington Public Schools is conducting a search for its next Middle School Principal. There are two forums planned for members of the community to meet the finalists — Wednesday, February 6 at 6:30pm and Friday, February 15 at 4pm. Both forums are at the Wilmington Middle School.
#2) School District’s Strategic Planning Committee Community Forum
As part of the school district’s Strategic Planning process, a community forum is behind held at 6pm in the Middle School Library. Almost 60 staff, students and parents & guardians are helping built the new plan that will identify the district’s vision, values, goals and priorities. As part of this effort, the team is very interested in gathering the ideas of community members to learn more about what YOU would like WPS to become in the future.
#3) Car Seat Installs At Public Safety Building
The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.
#4) Tech Help At Library
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding its weekly tech help drop-in hours from 2pm to 3pm. Have a tech question that’s been bugging you? Drop in the library to see if Technology Librarian, Brad McKenna, can help.
#5) Wilmington Conservation Commission Meeting
The Wilmington Conservation Commission meets at 7pm in Town Hall’s Room 9. Read the agenda HERE.
