WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, January 29, 2019:
- A minor trash between two tractor trailer units occurred on Fordham Road. Both vehicles towed by private companies. (6:43am)
- Police notified DPW of a large pot hole on Lake Street. (9:25am)
- Police issued a citation to a driver for texting while driving on Middlesex Avenue. Driver also issued a citation for no license in possession. (11:26m)
- Fire Department responded to n oven fire on Mystic Avenue. (11:40am)
- Police issued a citation to a driver for failure to stop for school bus while lights flashing on Main Street. Driver also issued a citation for failure to notify RMV of address change. (2:07pm)
- A black 2015 Honda Civic struck a pole on Adams Street. No injuries noted. Pole badly damaged. Verizon and RMLD notified. Vehicle towed. (5:06pm)
- Police notified of a motor vehicle crash on Boutwell Street with two parties yelling at each other in the roadway. Police responded. Parties were a father yelling at his son for operating the vehicle when it went off the roadway. Vehicle was towed back onto the roadway. (10:12pm)
