Wilmington Figure Skating Club Announces Next ‘Learn To Skate’ Session

WILMINGTON, MA — Start ’em young!  Want your child to learn how to skate?  He or she can be taught by professional instructors from the U.S. Figure Skating Association, right here in town!

The Wilmington Figure Skating Club is holding an 7-week ‘Learn-To-Skate’ session on on Friday afternoons, from January 4 to February 15, at Ristuccia Arena (190 Main Street).  Participants can choose between a 4pm-4:50pm class and a 5:20pm-6:10pm class.  The entire session costs $119, with a $17 annual registration fee.

The Learn To Skate Program is “offered year-round for skaters of all ages and levels…. Each child progresses at their own individual availability and pace.  Badges and certificates are earned each time a skater passes a level. The program is designed to encourage self-confidence through the sport of ice skating.”
