WILMINGTON, MA — RE/MAX Encore has announced that Realtor® Zachary Blanch is the latest addition to the growing real estate franchise. Blanch acquired his license this past year, however, his ability to learn quickly and professional character make it seem like he has been in the business for years. Blanch works locally in Wilmington along with other areas in Greater Boston and will be focusing primarily on residential real estate. He is currently working as a part of the Hoff Team with established Realtor and co-broker/owner of RE/MAX Encore, Elaine Hoff.
“I’m excited to join the most productive real estate network in the U.S. and heighten the buying and selling experience for my clients,” Blanch said. “Overall it is a great time to buy real estate. Wilmington is in high demand, homes are selling quickly and I’m ready to help guide members of the community through the exciting and sometimes overwhelming process.”
“Zach has proven to be hard working and shown he has the ability to quickly learn how to help his buyers find the right home and sellers get the best price” said Elaine Hoff RE/MAX Encore co-owner. “He truly enjoys helping his clients with every detail.”
Blanch has been a resident of Wilmington for his entire life and graduated Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. He understands the importance of providing his clients with the latest market information and industry expertise and is passionate about making his clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire real estate transaction. Blanch has demonstrated a professional and dependable work ethic that clearly corresponds with his enthusiasm in going over the top for his clients. Blanch is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is therefore held to a higher standard of ethics than a non-realtor agent.
In addition to helping community members find the right home, Blanch is also passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers at the food pantry and helps provide food for the local families in need.
