WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, October 31, 2018:
- Officers provided mutual aid for the Boston Red Sox Parade in Boston. (7:13am)
- A tractor trailer unit caused damage to a lawn on Shawsheen Avenue. (10:00am)
- A caller reported an injured bird on Everett Avenue. Animal Control Officer responded. Bird appeared dazed from flying into slider. (11:19am)
- A walk-in party reported a license plate was stolen or lost from a vehicle at Garrick Construction on Eames Street. (11:59am)
- Jessica Torres-Germain (40, Methuen) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration. (8:07pm)
- A Palmer Way caller reported a man came onto her back deck and opened her sliding door, asking for help. She told him to leave. He left, but came back a second time and asked for help. He was told to leave again. Police responded. (9:21pm)
- A River Street caller just came home to find his mailbox vandalized. Police responded and noted a mailbox on Brattle Road was also damaged. (9:53pm)
