WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, October 13, 2018:
- Giovannie Williams (30, Dorchester) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License (Subsequent Offense) and Speeding In Violation Of A Special Regulation. (2:22am)
- Police approached vehicle with hazards at Exit 40 on 93 North. Driver was sleeper. Vehicle was out of gas. Police notified A&S towing for a fuel delivery. (2:54am)
- A Woburn Street resident reported her mailbox was knocked over and damaged. Her neighbor’s mailbox was also ripped out of the ground. (11:15am)
- A MBTA train (Engine 2027) was blocking Middlesex Avenue at North Wilmington station. (1:46pm)
- A red & black Ford Mustang struck a pole at Pleasant Road and Middlesex Avenue. Vehicle left the scene, but was later contacted and told to drive to station. (3:58pm)
- Police checked on a suspicious vehicle in St. Dorothy’s parking lot. Party was playing Pokemon Go. (10:03pm)
