The race for the Registrar of Deeds, Middlesex County is different this year. Richard Howe has an opponent, one of only 2 in his 24 years in this position. In fact, his opponent, Karen Cassella, works for him. I know Karen, her family, her work ethic. She is one of the hardest working people I know.
Karen has worked at the Registry of Deeds for over 26 years. She started back in 1992 as a Data Processing Clerk. She has the same title, on paper, since day one. However, Karen wears many “hats”. Karen provides services as a Document Reception Clerk, a Senior Certificate Writer-Land Court, Notary, and other services that most folks don’t even know exist in the Registry of Deeds. Don’t let her current title fool you! Karen has experience; hands on experience. Karen works with the people of Middlesex County on a daily basis. Karen is NOT afraid to get her hands dirty. She works one-on-one with customers assisting them with the Registry of Deeds website, reviewing and recording legal documents, and just answering questions.
It is time for a change. Time to elect a new candidate who has the skills and the work ethic to make the Registry of Deeds move to the new Judicial Center a great success! Don’t be afraid of change….Vote Karen Cassella….You won’t be disappointed…
