WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Public Schools is taking part in Blue Shirt Day on Monday, October 1, 2018. The campaign is organized by Stomp Out Bullying, the leading national anti-bullying and cyberbullying organization for kids and teens in America.
According to the organization’s website: “On the first Monday of every October, we’re asking kids, teens and adults to participate in BLUE SHIRT DAY, WORLD DAY OF BULLYING PREVENTION by wearing a BLUE SHIRT. Join us in solidarity to stop bullying and cyberbullying. Drive awareness of anti-bullying programs… and STOMP OUT bullying around the world!”
