WILMINGTON, MA – Wilmington Police Chief Michael Begonis is pleased to announce that Officer Paul Chalifour has been appointed as the Wilmington Police Department’s Community Liaison Officer.
A 32-year veteran of the Wilmington Police Department, Officer Chalifour will coordinate the police department’s public outreach programs and activities with residents, community groups, and businesses.
