In the fall of 2017 hurricanes Harvey and Irma wreaked havoc on the Southeastern U.S., personally impacting more than 40 percent of its workforce. Employees from around the country stepped in to help affected colleagues through the company’s Employee Emergency Assistance Fund. Our employees came together and raised $20,000, which included a $10,000 corporate donation match and helped 30 employees rebuild their homes and lives.

The winners were selected by a panel of esteemed judges comprised of employee engagement academics, industry analysts, thought leaders, journalists and influencers. Applicants were evaluated based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement™: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards and Recognition, Professional and Personal Growth, Accountability and Performance, Vision and Values and Corporate Social Responsibility.
