Weather: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly between 2pm and 3pm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain. Increasing clouds, with a high near 82. Calm wind becoming southeast around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
In The Community: Residents of all ages are invited to drop by the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) from noon to 3pm to receive a free ice cream treat compliments of the Wilmington Police Department. While supplies last.
