Wilmington’s Abundant Life Christian School Students Surpass National Average on Iowa Test

WILMINGTON, MA — The students at Abundant Life Christian School have scored well above the national average on the Iowa Standardized Tests for the 2017-2018 school year according to school administrator Kristen Jones. The Iowa tests are quite rigorous and give a very clear picture of where students actually stand in their achievement.

The scores this year show that ALCS students are surpassing the national average overall in reading by 57%, and are surpassing the national average overall in mathematics and computation by 84%.

“I am so proud of our teachers and our students in the way they continually strive for excellence,” said Mrs. Jones. “Our teachers are deeply committed to the school’s mission of providing a rigorous academic program from a Christian worldview perspective.
