Wilmington Police Raising Funds For Breast Cancer Research With Pink Bracelets

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Police Department is going pink! Officers are wearing pink bracelets in memory of Cheryl Sencabaugh. Cheryl, wife of Lieutenant Scott Sencabaugh, passed away unexpectedly earlier this year at the young age of 49. Cheryl was an enthusiastic supporter of the American Cancer Society’s Boston Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

The bracelets invoke her name and the “Small But Mighty” slogan in her memory. Proceeds from the bracelets will go to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Cheryl’s family, friends and co-workers from The TJX Companies will join thousands and walk in Boston on September 30 to raise money to fight breast cancer, just as Cheryl did every year.

If you would like to join us and supporting Cheryl’s team, you can donate HERE.
