The Wilmington Insider For July 4, 2018

WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a round-up of what’s going on in Wilmington on Wednesday, July 4, 2018:

Happening Today:

Weather: Sunny, with a high near 93. East wind around 6 mph.

Holiday Hours: Town Offices, Library and Senior Center are CLOSED. Market Basket is open regular hours — 7am to 9pm. Lucci’s is open from 8am to 6pm. Elia’s is open from 8am to 7pm.

Trash & Recycling Note: Due to the holiday, Wilmington’s residential trash and recycling will not be collected on July 4, 2018.  Wednesday’s collection will be on Thursday and Thursday’s collection will be on Friday, concluding with Friday’s collection occurring on Saturday.

In The Community: The Town Beach is open today.  Lifeguards are on duty from 10am to 8pm. Admission is FREE for residents. Proof of residency is required. Learn more HERE.
