BUSINESS BRIEF: Wilmington Realtor Wendy Diecidue Joins ERA Key’s Wilmington Office

WILMINGTON, MA — ERA Key Realty Services recently announced that Wilmington resident Wendy A. Diecidue, Realtor has joined ERA Key’s Wilmington office.

She serves as president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Northern Region Network and is an elected director of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She began her real estate career in Wilmington 12 years ago with Realty Executive North East and continued on to Century 21 Spindler & O’Neil.

“I joined ERA Key Realty Services because of the support the agency offers, its strong leadership and continuous up-to-date training on current real estate topics,” Diecidue said. “This will translate to being able to provide my customers and clients with the best tools and systems.”

Diecidue is serving her third term as president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS Northern Region Network, which nationally has 11,000 members, and is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®. She was recently re-elected president, having previously held the position in 2013 and 2014. The council seeks to advance women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry and the communities they serve.

As an elected director of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, she participates in governing the association’s policies, programs and business activities. She also acts as an association ambassador at industry forums and elsewhere, and serves as an association spokesperson and liaison between GBAR and state legislators. GBAR has nearly 10,000 members.

She is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and earned her Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC). She served as President of the Kiwanis Club and is still actively involved. She is a long-time volunteer at the Wilmington Recreation Department and a warden for precinct 6 in the town of Wilmington.
