WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, June 22, 2018:
- A ride-on lawn mower struck a vehicle on Towpath Drive. Injuries noted. Fire Department transported patient. (9:24am)
- Animal Control Officer spoke with Park Street residents regarding large snapping turtle in their yard. (12:39pm)
- A Jacquith Road resident found a small vile of liquid found in mailbox this morning. Police retrieved vial. (12:59pm)
- Resident reported losing an iPhone at library’s Touch-A-Truck event. (1:47pm)
- Police spoke with train conductor at North Wilmington Station. Conductor said he was not allowed to block road if headed outbound, but was allowed to block road if headed inbound. (2:17pm)
- Milestone Group Home reported a juvenile went AWOL from the program. (2:41pm) Police later returned juvenile. (8:47pm)
- Lifeguard reported multiple kayakers on baby beach. Police moved them along. (4:26pm)
