Weather: Mostly sunny, with a high near 74. Light and variable wind becoming east 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.
In The Community: The Wilmington and Tewksbury Police Departments are holding a fun-filled fundraising event for Cops for Kids with Cancer from 9am to 3pm at Wamesit Lanes (434 Main Street). Learn all about it HERE.
In The Community: Brady’s Foundation is holding its 2nd Annual 5K Run For Recovery beginning on the Town Common. Registration begins at 8:30am. Kid’s races take place from 9:15am to 10:30am. The 5K begins at 10:30am. $30 for adults. $25 for kids 12 & under. Learn more HERE.
In The Community: The Wilmington Farmers Market begins its season TODAY from 10am to 1pm on the Swain Green (across from the Town Common). See this week’s lineup HERE.
In The Community: The Town Beach is open today. Lifeguards are on duty from 10am to 8pm. Admission is FREE for residents. Proof of residency is required. Learn more HERE.
