TEWKSBURY, MA — On Friday, Pina Prinzivalli (R-Tewksbury), candidate for State Representative in the 19th Middlesex District, joined Representatives Jim Lyons (R-Andover), Shaunna O’Connell (R-Taunton), Geoff Diehl (R-Whitman), Kevin Kuros (R-Uxbridge), David DeCoste (R-Norwell), and Nick Boldyga (R-Southwick) in support of a resolution (HD4822) that is calling for the impeachment of Superior Court Judge Timothy Feeley.
“Judge Feeley has time and time again released violent criminals onto the streets to endanger our families and communities,” said Prinzivalli. “The latest development of Judge Feeley praising and releasing a career heroin dealer is the final straw. It’s time we start holding judges accountable for their reckless actions and that’s why I’m supporting HD4822. It’s time for Judge Feeley to be removed from the bench.”
In addition to the resolution filed by Representative Jim Lyons, an online petition is circulating, calling for the impeachment of Judge Feeley: https://www.change.org/p/impeach-judge-feeley.
Judge Feeley is the same judge who lowered the bail for John Williams, enabling him to get back onto the streets. Williams is now charged with the murder of a Maine Sheriff’s Deputy.
“I’ve signed the petition and urge everyone in our community to do the same. It’s time we protect one another from these judges who coddle career criminals.”
