WILMINGTON, MA — Last week, the Wilmington Police Department added a new offender to its Sex Offender Registry.
Walter H. MacDougall was convicted on two counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior — once in March 2004 and once in January 2017.
Readers may remember that MacDougall was arrested back in March 2016 for exposing himself to an 8-year-old girl at the Wilmington Market Basket.
He is classified as a Level 2 Sex Offender. “Level 2” indicates a moderate risk of re-offending and a moderate degree of danger to the public.
MacDougall lives Wilmington at 36 Salem Street. He is a 73-year-old white male. He’s 5’10″, 195 lbs, with partially gray hair and blue eyes.
