Dear Wilmington Residents,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to serve our community as a member of the Board of Selectmen. I have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback that I have received over the past few months, and I am so grateful for the people who volunteered to help make yesterday a success.
For those who voted for me, I am thankful for your support. For those of you who did not, I look forward to earning your confidence over the next three years.
Our town structure of government is the most direct form of democracy: open town meeting. Each year, the residents that attend town meeting decide the direction that our community will be going in. Please, be one of the residents that attend this coming Saturday, May 5, at 10:30 A.M. in the soon-to-be-named Joanne M. Benton Auditorium at the high school.
