WILMINGTON, MA — Edwin J. Moon III, “Ed”, age 69, of Wakefield and Medford, formerly of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2018. Ed was a dear son of the late Edwin J. Jr. and Anne (Geary) Moon, he is survived by his wife Lorraine Lord Moon, he was the father of Ryan P. Moon & wife Helen of Beverly, “Papa” of Grayson Moon, brother of Mark Moon & wife Nanci of Methuen, Michael Moon & wife Carolyn and Brian Moon & wife Andrea all of Wilmington and Paul Moon & wife Tracy of Goffstown, NH. Ed is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Wednesday, April 11th for Visitation from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
In lieu of flowers donations in Ed’s memory may be made to the Melrose Wakefield Hospital, Attn: Development Office, 585 Lebanon St., Wakefield, MA 02176.
