POLICE LOG for March 12: Patient With Warrants Leaves Banyan Treatment Center Against Medical Advice; Strange Incident On Shady Lane

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, March 12, 2018:

  • Eugene Anderson (33, Andover) was arrested on a warrant for larceny over $250. Anderson was driving a UHaul truck when pulled over on Lowell Street. Vehicle and trailer towed. (10:33am)
  • A Lexington Street resident reported a 12-13 year-old boy went on his property, walked into the woods behind his house, proceeded to come out and head down onto Faulkner Avenue walking toward the lake. Caller found it suspicious. Police were unable to locate the boy. (1:42pm)
  •  A caller stated her sister has warrants and left Banyan Treatment Center on Concord Street against medical advice. Last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a blue sweatshirt, carrying a bag. Police checked the area and were unable to locate. (2:13pm)
  • Two Hispanic males in two different vehicles approached the residents at a Shady Lane home. Both parties asked about money owed and if they had seen a particular man. No threats were made, however, callers asked for extra patrols. (2:49pm)
  • Business owner reporting a man was yelling and banging on the hood of his car. Police responded and spoke to responding party. He will have security make a video of the disturbance. (7:03pm)
  • Police came across three kids dancing in the street on Cunningham Street — one with a flashlight and red bandana over his face. Police advised them to go in for the night. (9:20pm)
  • A Faulkner Avenue caller reported she noted a male party in a hooded sweatshirt looking through her window. Police unable to locate man. (10:41pm)
