WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a round-up of what’s going on in Wilmington on Thursday, March 1, 2018:

Happening Today:

Weather: Increasing clouds, with a high near 56. Calm wind becoming east around 6 mph in the afternoon.

At Wilmington Public Schools: The WHS Lamplighters Drama Guild is performing “Radium Girls” at 7pm in the Wilmington High Auditorium. Tickets cost just $5. Tickets are sold at the door only and seating is general admission.  The performance will be followed by a talkback with the director, actors, and crew and the audience is encouraged to ask questions.

In The Community: Do you like to sing? Do you enjoy performing? Come join the Merrimack Valley Chorus at one of its regular weekly rehearsals. You just might discover a passion for a cappella singing, and you’ll also make some great new friends! Open rehearsals are every Thursday at 7pm at the Wilmington Arts Center (219 Middlesex Avenue).

At Town Hall: The Wilmington Recreation Commission meets at 5pm in the Town Hall’s Room 9. Read the agenda HERE.  …. The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm in the Library’s Banda Room. The agenda will be posted HERE.

At The Town Museum: The Wilmington Town Museum is open from 10am to 2pm.

Live Music: Larry Gilbert performs at Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar (193 Main Street) beginning at 6pm.
