WILMINGTON, MA — Last week, the Wilmington Memorial Library hosted a panel discussion on substance use, abuse and mental health.
The discussion was facilitated by Wilmington’s new Health and Recovery Coordinator Samantha Reif, LCSW.
Panelists include Pierce Aliberti, Co-Founder of Dean’s House; Sarah Ivan, Public Health Expert at Education Development Center; Amanda Barme, Admission Coordinator at Tewksbury Treatment Center; and Michael Leggiero, Case Manager/Community Outreach Treatment Advisor at Banyan Treatment Center.
The panel members provided valuable information, statistics, resources, and shared their personal experiences with addiction. The discussion ended with an audience Q&A.
