VIDEO: Wilmington Mass. Memories Road Show — Larz Neilson & Kathleen Harrington Bell

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Memorial Library held a Mass. Memories Road Show at the Wilmington High School this past September.

This statewide history project, run by UMass Boston, documents people, places and events by digitizing photographs to create a photographic history of the town.

Anyone who lived, worked or went to school in Wilmington was invited to bring up to three photos (print or digital) that tells their “Wilmington story.”

After photos were scanned and returned, participants were given the opportunity to briefly explain their photos in a video interview.

UMass Boston recently began uploading these video interviews online.
