OBITUARY: Gregory T. “Greg” Lyman, 60

WILMINGTON, MA — Gregory T.“Greg” Lyman, age 60, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2017.

Greg was the devoted father of Larissa J. Lyman & her companion Kevin Pelletier of Reading and John W. Lyman & his fiancée Maureen Devlin and her son, Sean Alan of Brighton, husband of Laura J. Lyman of Reading, cherished son of Paul S. and Ruth M. (Dole) Lyman of Wilmington, dear brother of Paul S. Lyman, Jr. & his partner Dorothy Tracy of Salem, MA, Dawn M. Ballou, Christopher D. Lyman & his wife Patricia all of Wilmington, Jeffrey J. Lyman & his wife Elaine of Tewksbury, Matthew J. Lyman & his partner Jei Zhang of Washington, DC and Joseph A. Lyman & his partner Marcello Peppi of Medford. Greg is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.

Greg proudly served in the U.S. Navy.

Family and friends will gather for a Funeral Service at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Friday, January 5th at 11:00 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will follow in the Veterans Section of Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, January 4th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Memorial donations in Greg’s name may be made to Local Heroes, P.O. Box 536, Wilmington, MA 01887.
