  1. Why was the Wilmington Animal Control Officer and the Wilmington Board of Health involved with a Tewksbury-based business’s inspection? I’d appreciate an explanation of why this is done. Do other towns send their ACOs and BOH members to our town in return?

    1. I’m told it was the farm’s annual cow inspection. Unsure why Wilmington ACO and Board of Health was involved. I know Tewksbury doesn’t have a full-time Animal Control Officer, so Wilmington may have been doing them a favor. Also, the farm is on the Wilmington line, so perhaps Tewksbury let Wilmington participate as a courtesy.
