WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a round-up of what’s going on in Wilmington on Thursday, December 14, 2017:
Weather: Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 28. West wind 6 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Traffic Advisory: Butters Row Bridge is scheduled to reopen by Friday. The MassDOT are repairing damaged bridge timber deck planks and timber stringers. Work will take place daily from 7am to 7pm.
In The Community: Do you like to sing? Do you enjoy performing? Come join the Merrimack Valley Chorus at one of its regular weekly rehearsals. You just might discover a passion for a cappellasinging, and you’ll also make some great new friends! Open rehearsals are every Thursday at 7pm at the Wilmington Arts Center (219 Middlesex Avenue).

Live Music: Larry Gilbert performs at Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar (193 Main Street) beginning at 6pm. … Pianist Ricky Lauria performs at Tremezzo (2 Lowell Street) at 8pm.
In Wilmington Public Schools: WHS Band, WHS Jazz Band, and 7th and 8th Grade Band will hold its Winter Concert at 7pm in the WHS Auditorium.
