WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, September 18, 2017:
- Kenneth R. Branley, Jr. (55, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Drugs (2nd Offense), Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Marked Lanes Violation. Branley was stopped at Shawsheen Avenue and Aldrich Road. (7am)
- A caller reported a suspicious activity when a vehicle pulled up and parked halfway down Henry L. Drive. 4 women got out and started ringing doorbells. Police responded. Situation checked OK. Women were handing out religious materials. (11:21am)
- Police issued 8 parking citations in the MBTA parking lot on Main Street. (1:05pm)
- A Crystal Road caller reported finding drug paraphernalia. (1:35pm)
- Police located a Milestone Group Home resident who had walked off. Resident walked off a second time, but returned to the home. Police notified DCF of the situation. (5:10pm)
- Elizabeth A. Donovan (41, Methuen) was issued a summons for larceny over $250 stemming from an incident at Target on Ballardvale Street. (9:11pm)
- Wilson A. Mendez-Chavez (23, Lawrence) was issued a summons for Operating a Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License; Speeding; and Failure To Wear A Seatbelt. Mendez-Chavez was pulled over on Ballardvale Street. (11:28pm)
