POLICE LOG for August 28: Wilmington Man Arrested; Pool Draining Problems

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are FOUR highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, August 28, 2017:

  • Police notified DPW that a porta potty at the Woburn Street School was knocked over. (2:14am)
  • Police spoke with King Street homeowner regarding complaints over draining his pool into the street, which was going into his neighbors’ yards. Police advised him of the bylaw violation. (8:53am)
  • A caller reported a party was laying in the roadway at Woburn Street and Federal Street. Fire Department transported the individual to Lahey Clinic. (9:39am)
  • Michael D. DeLuca (27, Wilmington) was arrested for malicious destruction of property (valued at less than $250) and simple assault. DeLuca allegedly cut his girlfriend’s friend’s tires with a box cutter. (10:43pm)
