5 Things You Need To Know In Wilmington Today (July 31, 2017)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things you need to know in Wilmington for Monday, July 31, 2017.

#1) According to the National Weather Service, it will be sunny in Wilmington, with a high near 86. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.

#2) DEADLINE: Do you know a Wilmington Public School staff member who has gone above and beyond the expectations of their job for the betterment of our community? If so, We’re One Wilmington wants to hear from you! Please complete and return this nomination form, or send an email with the requested information to info@onewilmington.org, no later than July 31.

#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting a Paper Mache Workshop at 3pm. Learn more and register HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its usual Monday activities:

  • Blood Pressure (9:30am)
  • SBF Exercise (9:45am)
  • Special Exercise (11am)

#5) The Town Beach is open today.  Lifeguards are on duty from 10am to 8pm. Admission is FREE for residents. Proof of residency is required. Learn more HERE.
