Wilmington’s Concerts On The Common Return On Wednesday Nights This July

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Recreation Department has an exciting lineup of Concerts on the Commons this July!  Concerts take place each Wednesday night, from 6:30pm to 8pm, on the Town Common.

On Wednesday, July 5, 6:30pm-8pm, Perfect Crime will perform.  Get ready for an evening of KILLER classic rock!  The five-piece band will present the best of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond. With three lead vocalists and over 130 songs, this band will STEAL the show.  (Rain date: Thursday, July 6)

On Wednesday, July 12, 6:30pm-8pm, Jimmy & The Jesters will perform. Jimmy “Mr. Rock & Roll” Merrick and The Jesters specialize in the oldies and classic country tunes the way you remember them. (Rain date: Thursday, July 13)

On Wednesday, July 19, 6:30pm-8pm, Ball in the House will perform. The group is a cappella at its best! As the Boston Globe put it, “Ball in the House has everything you would expect to find in a successful pop/rock band… the one thing it doesn’t have is instruments.” (Rain date: Thursday, July 20)

On Wednesday, July 26, 6:30pm-8pm, Joe Leary will perform. A Wilmington native and singer/songwriter, Joe has a wide array of Irish, country, and acoustic music. “An evening with Joe means good friends, good times, and good music.” (Rain date: Thursday, July 27)
