PELHAM, NH — On Thursday, May 4th, 2017, at approximately 10:26pm, the Pelham (NH) Police Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the area of 19 Jericho Road. Multiple callers advised that a vehicle had struck a parked car.
Once on scene, officers learned that a gray 2011 Jeep Compass was traveling west on Jericho Road, veered off the road and struck a gray 2008 Pontiac G5, which was parked safely off the road.
The Jeep was driven by a Marilyn Cunningham, age 49, of Wilmington, MA.
Cunningham was not injured in the crash. There were no other occupants in either vehicle.
Both vehicles suffered substantial damage and were towed from the scene.
The investigation determined that Cunningham was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Once back at the station, it was determined that her BrAC was over twice the legal limit of 0.08.
Cunningham was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and two counts of Driving While Intoxicated.
Cunningham was released on $2500 Personal Recognizance Bail. Her court date is set for May 19.
